How to Gift a River Trip
Gift a River Trip with Hatch River Expeditions this Holiday Season!
Going on a Grand Canyon river trip can be so transformational, it’s hard to come back to normal life without trying to convince everyone you know that they need to experience it for themselves. Feeling generous this holiday season and want to gift a river trip to a friend or family member? We can help you with that! Here’s three steps to gifting a river trip!
Step 1: Make a homemade gift certificate or print the one we created below!
Click the image below to print off a nice certificate for your loved one. You can even get a piece of Hatch gear to gift with it! A Hatch water bottle or t-shirt is the perfect “wrapping” for your gift certificate, or wrap up this mile-by-mile river guide book to get them even more excited.
*Note: This certificate is for printing purposes only. Its actual value is $0.
Step 2: With the gift certificate, give them further information about our trips.
Whether you print one of the trip packets, or direct them our website, providing information about our trips is an important step! Because our trips are adventure vacations, it’s important to make sure that the person you are gifting a river trip understands what they are getting themselves into. Our trips involve a lot of forethought, so providing more information can help them make an informed decision on whether the trip is right for them, whether they can get the time off, what planning is involved, etc. Our FAQs page is an excellent place to start! (There’s also a Trip Packets section with all the packets for each trip type and length.)
Step 3: Give us a call or go online to make the reservation.
Booking a trip where the guest is different from the invoice holder is easy to do through our website or over the phone with our reservation staff (1-800-856-8966).
Plus, we’re always happy to help answer questions regarding the best times of year to go rafting, how to best prepare, and what to pack!
Gift a river trip and Happy Holidays!!
